Accordingly, the Company confirms that it expects Admission of 26,666,667 Placing Shares to become effective on 17 October 2017.\nCapitalised terms used, but not defined, in this announcement shall have the same meaning as set out in the Circular.\nFollowing Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 122,666,667 ordinary shares, of which none are held in treasury.
