Purchase of Own Securities

Comland Commercial PLC 14 June 2000 Comland Commercial plc ('the Company') Comland Commercial plc announces that on the 14 June 2000 the Company purchased 46,706 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of Comland Commercial plc. 30,000 ordinary shares were purchased at a price of 111 pence per share and 16,706 ordinary shares at a price of 121 pence per share. These shares will be cancelled accordingly.
