Compass, Inc. (NYSE: COMP) ("Compass") and Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS) ("Anywhere") announce that stockholders of each company voted overwhelmingly to approve and adopt, as applicable, all proposals related to the previously announced merger (the "Merger") of Compass and Anywhere at their respective special meetings of stockholders held today. The Merger is expected to close on January 9, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
