Naples, FL-September 24, 2010- Crosswind Renewable Energy,Corp., (OTC: CWNR.PK), a modern clean energy company and global provider ofcategory leading renewable energy technology solutions announced today thatthey have completed the merger with Stealth MediaLabs, Inc.  Stealth MediaLabs, Inc. will purchase 100% ofthe shares of Crosswind Renewable Energy.  Under the terms of the agreement, Stealth Media Labs, Inc. will emergeas the surviving company and change its ticker symbol to CWNR.PK.  Additionally, Stealth MediaLabs, Inc. has changedits name to Crosswind Renewable Energy, Corp.
