The distribution will be made to unitholders of\nrecord at the close of business on May 30, 2008 and will be payable on or\nbefore June 16, 2008.\n\n\nHolders of units who are non-residents of Canada will be subject to\nwithholding taxes in respect of any distributions of income by the Fund.\n\n\nSun Gro Horticulture Income Fund is a limited purpose trust established\non February 12, 2002 to hold the securities of Sun Gro Horticulture Canada\nLtd.
