The distribution will be made to unitholders of\nrecord at the close of business on February 29, 2008 and will be payable on or\nbefore March 17, 2008.\n\n\nBased on distributions declared to date, the Fund's annualized cash\ndistribution rate for 2008 is $0.90. Holders of units who are non-residents of\nCanada will be subject to withholding taxes in respect of any distributions of\nincome by the Fund.\n\n\nSun Gro Horticulture Income Fund is a limited purpose trust established\non February 12, 2002 to hold the securities of Sun Gro Horticulture Canada\nLtd. Sun Gro Horticulture Canada Ltd. is the largest producer of peat in\nNorth America and the largest distributor of peat moss and peat-based growing\nmedia to North American professional plant growers.\n\n\n","length":1011,"tagName":"div"}]
