[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nTrading Symbol: TSX-V-Exchange "CAD"\n\n\nCALGARY, Aug. 6 /CNW/ -\n\n\nCease Trade Order\n\n\n-----------------\n\n\nToday, the Alberta Securities Commission has issued an order revoking the\nMay 13, 2008 cease trade order issued against the Company.\n\n\nAs part of seeking revocation of the cease trade order, The Company has\nfiled its annual audited financial statements, and management's discussion and\nanalysis (MDA) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 and for the\nthree-month period ended March 31, 2008.\n\n\nTrading of The Company's common shares will remain suspended on the\nTSX-Venture Exchange pending completion of a reinstatement trading review\nbeing conducted by the Exchange's compliance and disclosure department.\n\n\nDirector Resignation\n\n\n--------------------\n\n\nThe Company would like to thank Ronald K Mann for the effort and advice\nprovided during his term as Director. Mr. Mann's resignation, effective as of\n07-29-2008, enables him to pursue other business activities.\n\n\nOngoing field activities\n\n\n------------------------\n\n\nManagement has reviewed results of the 2007-2008 diamond drill program as\nannounced in the following news releases (dated November 28, 2007, January 09,\n2008 and February 20, 2008) and the magnetic-VLF-EM survey on the O'Sullivan\nLake mine area that was conducted prior to spring breakup.\n\n\nAn additional geophysics program is planned for early fall, on the\npeninsula that hosts the mine site, upon completion of an extension to the\ngrid currently being completed.\n\n\nResults of the review indicate that the structure hosting the gold\nmineralization extends easterly a minimum of 400 metres by diamond drill\nintercepts and potentially over 1 kilometer by geophysics.\n\n\nDiamond drilling is also recommended, and will focus on defining the rake\nor plunge to the gold mineralization intersected in the 2007-08 drilling\nprogram and to evaluate the further east and west extensions on the mine\nstructure.\n\n\nGarry J.
