[{"type":"text","content":"\n Colefax Group PLC\n30 April 2008\n\n Colefax Group PLC\n (the 'Company')\n\n Grant of ESOP Options\n\nThe Company today announces that options have been granted for nil consideration\npursuant to agreements made between Halifax EES Trustees International Limited\nof 31/33 New Street, St Helier, Jersey JE4 8YW as trustees of the Colefax Group\nPlc Employees' Share Ownership Trust (the 'Trustees') and the Directors named\nbelow:\n\nDirector Number of Ordinary 10p Shares of the\n Company to which each option relates\nKey Hall 100,000\nRob Barker 100,000\n\n\nThe options were granted by the Trustees on 30th April 2008 and the aggregate\nexercise price per option payable by each person is £1 in total. The options are\nexercisable immediately but the shares may not be sold within three years of the\ngrant date. The options expire on 29th April 2018.
