Result of AGM
Cohort PLC announced the results of its Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2025, where all resolutions were duly passed. For the ordinary resolutions, the votes for the accounts were 28,949,777, and for the dividend, the votes were 28,969,394. The votes for the remuneration report were 28,528,024, while the votes for the restricted share plan were 28,390,883. The votes for the company share option plan were 28,383,583, and for the SAYE option scheme, the votes were 28,555,061. For the special resolutions, the votes for the general disapplication of pre-emption rights were 27,973,200, and for the additional disapplication of pre-emption rights, the votes were 27,578,893.
