The beneficiary of the Ian Dale-Staples Settlement 2008 is Ian Dale-Staples and the Trustees are Mrs Hannah Dale-Staples and Target Trust Corporation Ltd. This transfer does not alter Mr Dale-Staples total beneficial shareholding of 2,063,089 ordinary shares, which represents 5.1 per cent of the of the issued share capital of the Company.'
