Bezuclastinib is currently under clinical investigation in Advanced Systemic Mastocytosis (NCT04996875), Nonadvanced Systemic Mastocytosis (NCT05186753), and imatinib-resistant Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GIST) (NCT05208047).
