As Cogeco continues to invest in its state of\nthe art cable network, it will continue to launch new HD channels as they\nbecome available in the future," declared Mr. Ron Perrotta, Vice President,\nMarketing of Cogeco Cable.\n\n\nIn the wide majority of Cogeco Cable systems in Ontario, HD customers\nwill be offered even more entertainment, information, sports and TV hits with\nthe exceptional image and sound quality of HD Television available with the\nintroduction of three new channels:\n\n\n- Score HD (position 276), a national sports speciality channel with\n news, information, highlights and live event programming;\n- National Geographic HD (position 271), which gives Canadian television\n viewers access to the most spectacular of National Geographic's world-\n renowned visual imagery, all in the unparalleled visual and audio\n quality of HD;\n- Showcase HD (position 272), the home of premium provocative series from\n Canada and around the world, such as CSI, CSI: Miami, Weeds, Dead Like\n Me, The L Word, Rescue Me and Six Feet Under.\n\n\nFor Ontario customers who already subscribe to the standard definition\nversion of these new HD channels and who the pay the $5.99 monthly HD Access\nFee, no additional charges will be required to access these three new HD\nchannels.\n\n\nCustomers appreciate the variety, quality and control that Cogeco Cable's\nDigital Television Service provides them.
