Management further commented “Our sales are going stronger than ever”.  Demand for the Coenzyme A product has continued to grow over the past twelve years despite the sagging U.S. economy of late and the fact that all products are offered at premium price points.  Additionally, we are pleased to announce an update for our shareholders and perspective shareholders. “This is going to be a very exciting year for us”, stated CEO Nickolaos D. Skouras Ph D. “We are looking forward to releasing several new innovative proprietary formulas all of which are in multibillion dollar markets. The Company’s 2010 marketing plan includes the third quarter launch of its revolutionary anti-aging skin care line SKIN-MATRIX T.M.  This line of Cosmeceuticals (cosmetics and toiletries containing at least one bio-active ingredient) when properly marketed will have a tremendous impact on the over the counter cosmetics industry.Cosmeceuticals represent the marriage of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.  According to industry experts, demand for cosmeceuticals in the US will increase 7.4 percent annually to $9.4 billion through 2012, driven by an aging population seeking to maintain the appearance of youth. Examples of products typically labeled as cosmeceuticals include anti-aging creams and moisturizers. Cosmeceuticals are cosmetic products with biologically active ingredients having medical or drug-like benefits.
