[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nCoca-Cola HBC AG\nTransfer of treasury shares and total voting rights\n \nZug, Switzerland - 1 August 2024 - Coca-Cola HBC AG (\"Coca-Cola HBC\") today announces in respect of the month ended 31 July 2024, the transfer of 30,407 ordinary shares of CHF 6.70 each (\"Ordinary Shares\") which are held in treasury shares out of treasury to cover the exercise of options granted under Coca-Cola HBC's share option plan.\n \nFollowing the above, as of 31 July 2024, Coca-Cola HBC's issued share capital consisted of 373,239,562 Ordinary Shares, of which 5,865,157 Ordinary Shares are held by Coca-Cola HBC AG and 3,430,135 Ordinary Shares are held by its subsidiary, Coca-Cola HBC Services MEPE, in treasury.
