Boyle as a member of the Remuneration Committee, with effect from 20 June 2017.\nThis appointment has been made pursuant to the announcement released by Coca‑Cola HBC on 15 May 2017 and the election of Ms. Charlotte J. Boyle as a non-executive member of the Board at the Company's annual general meeting held on 20 June 2017, following the retirement of Mr. Antonio D'Amato. \nThe Board has determined that Ms. Charlotte J. Boyle qualifies as independent under the criteria set forth in the UK Corporate Governance Code. \nAside from the information set out above, no further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.13 and the new non-executive director does not hold any interests in the shares of Coca‑Cola HBC.\nThe composition of the Board Committees will be as follows: \n\n\n\n\nAudit Committee\n\n\nWilliam (Bill) W.
