As a result of these changes, on this date Messrs. M. Fletcher, W. Slemko, T. Walton and T. Webb have resigned as directors and officers, and in their place Messrs. John Mackay, Harold Kunik and James Dahl have been appointed to the Board. Mr. W. Wynnychuk has resigned as Chief Financial Officer.
