[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 1684U\n Coats Group PLC\n 31 March 2021\n \n \n \n \n COATS GROUP PLC\n \n \n Notice of Annual General Meeting \n \n \n Coats Group plc ('Coats' or the 'Company') confirms that its notice of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') has today been published and can be downloaded from the Company's website \n \n www.coats.com/agm2021\n \n , and will shortly be posted to shareholders who have requested to receive a hard copy of it.\n \n \n \n \n \n In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the notice of AGM and the Company's form of proxy have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at \n \n https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism\n \n . \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company's AGM is to be held at 2.30pm on Wednesday, 19 May 2021 at the Company's registered office. However, in light of current Government guidance on public gatherings and non-essential travel and noting the national restrictions that are likely to impact the arrangements for the AGM, shareholders will not be permitted to attend the physical location for the AGM in person. Shareholders (or their duly appointed representatives) can instead listen to the business of the AGM, and ask questions, by joining the telephone facility being provided by the Company as set out in the Notice of AGM.
