Disposal of shares in Daniel Thwaites PLC

GPG announces that it has sold its remaining 5,951,403 shares in Daniel Thwaites PLC, a PLUS-quoted company in the UK, on an ex-dividend basis.  The proceeds net of broker commission were £4,875,269.  In addition, GPG will receive £199,967 in the form of a dividend payment.
