[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 9012Q Guinness Peat Group PLC 21 April 2009 \n \nGUINNESS PEAT GROUP PLC\n\n\n\nCapitalisation Issue - Amended Timetable\n\n\n\nGuinness Peat Group plc (the \"Company\") announced on 13 March 2009 that its Annual General Meeting would be delayed by a day from that originally announced, and that it would now be held in London on Friday 22 May 2009.\n\nAs a consequence, and in order to follow the Australian Securities Exchange timetable requirements, the Record Date for this year's Capitalisation Issue has been changed.
