(\"Coast Copper\"\n \n or the\n \n \"Company\";\n \n (TSXV: COCO) has identified four exploration targets each with the potential to expand Coast Copper's recently announced National Instrument (\"\n \n NI\n \n \") 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate (the \"\n \n 2023\n \n \n MRE\n \n \") for the gold-copper Merry Widow open pit located at its optioned Empire Mine property (\"\n \n Empire Mine\n \n \"or the \"\n \n Property\n \n \") on northern Vancouver Island, B.C. – see news release\n \n \n May 23, 2023\n \n \n .\n \n \n The 2023 MRE for the Merry Widow open pit hosts an inferred resource of 81,322 ounces (\"\n \n oz\n \n \") gold equivalent (\"\n \n AuEq\n \n \") grading 3.52 grams per tonne (\"\n \n g/t\n \n \") gold (\"\n \n Au\n \n \") and 0.50% copper (\"\n \n Cu\n \n \")\n \n [4.258\n \n g/t AuEq] within 0.59 million metric tonnes Mt), using a net smelter return (\"\n \n NSR\n \n \") cut-off of\n \n $30 CDN\n \n \n 1\n \n The 2023 MRE covers a 170-meter (\"\n \n m\n \n \") strike length to a depth of\n \n 130 m\n \n below surface. The Merry Widow resource is open along strike and down-dip based on a review of the updated geological model, historical data review and the 2023 MRE.
