CML Microsystems PLC 26 July 2000 CML MICROSYSTEMS PLC ('the Company') DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING The Company was notified today that Mr R J Shashoua, a non executive director of the Company, sold 2,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of £6.10 per Ordinary Share today. Following this disposal, Mr Shashoua's beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital will be 55,435 Ordinary Shares representing 0.39 per cent. of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
