[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nEmbargoed release: 0700hrs Wednesday 19 December 2007\n\n CLS HOLDINGS PLC \n\n (\"CLS\") \n\n ANNOUNCES TWO WEST LONDON LEASING DEALS \n\nCambridge House, Hammersmith\n\nCLS has surrendered the lease held by Irish Post on part of the third floor\n(3,495 sq.ft) with the simultaneous grant of a new lease to the Open Society\nFoundation who already occupy 7,890 sq ft of the building.\n\nOpen Society Foundation have entered into a new 10 year lease subject to a\ntenant break option in November 2011 and 2013. The rent has increased from £\n84,672 per annum to £94,365 per annum (representing £27 per sq ft) with one\nmonth rent free.\n\nGreat West House, Brentford\n\nAllianz Insurance plc have moved their break option from September 2008 to\nSeptember 2011 in respect of the fourth to ninth floors in GW2 comprising of\n32,004 sq ft.\n\nExecutive Chairman of CLS, Sten Mortstedt, commented:\n\n\"We are very pleased that we have completed these asset enhancing deals,\nparticularly in the current market.
