[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nImmediate Release: Tuesday 2nd December 2008\n\n CLS ACHIEVES FULL OCCUPANCY AT \n\n CAMBRIDGE HOUSE, HAMMERSMITH, LONDON W6 \n\nThe Board of CLS Holdings plc (\"CLS\") is pleased to announce two lease renewals\nand the letting of the last available floor at Cambridge House, 100 Cambridge\nGrove, Hammersmith, London W6.\n\nOpen Society Foundation which already occupies 11,385 sq ft (1,057 sq m) at\nCambridge House has taken a further 3,493 sq ft (325 sq m) on the part second\nfloor. The new lease is for a term to October 2017, subject to a tenant break\noption in November 2013, at a rent of £94,311 per annum (£27 per sq ft/£290 per\nsq m).\n\nA lease renewal to Control Risks Screening Limited has also completed on part\nof the ground floor of Block C and part of the first and second floors of Block\nB, comprising 12,497 sq ft (1,161 sqm). A new five year lease was granted at a\ntotal rent of £251,593 per annum (£20 per sq ft/£217 per sq m). There is a\ntenant option to determine both office suites on the ground floor of Block C\nfrom the expiry of the third year and a tenant option to determine at any time\non three months notice for the part first and second floors of the Block B\noffice suites.\n\nA further lease renewal has completed with SDI Media UK Limited on the part\nground floor comprising of 5,363 sq ft (498 sq m).
