The Company acquired 31,000 Ordinary Shares on 26 May 2016 as opposed to 30,000 Ordinary Shares. \nFollowing the above clarification the Company confirms as at today's date it has 44,289,288 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 3,138,202 Ordinary Shares are currently held by the Company as treasury shares.
