[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n24 November 2009\n\n CLS HOLDINGS PLC \n\n (\"CLS\", the \"Company\") \n\n BOARD AND COMPANY SECRETARY CHANGES \n\nCLS Holdings plc announces the following changes to the Company's Board of\nDirectors and Company Secretary:\n\nFollowing his appointment to the senior management team on 1 October 2009, John\nWhiteley, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, is to be appointed to the\nBoard of the Company with immediate effect. John was Finance Director of Great\nPortland Estates Plc for ten years and more recently was Finance Officer for\nDoughty Hanson & Co Real Estate.\n\nPursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1), the Company reports that John Whiteley was\na director of Great Portland Estates plc until 31 July 2005. There is no\nfurther information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 and he does\nnot have any beneficial interest in CLS's ordinary shares.\n\nThomas Lundqvist, Non-Executive Director, is to become Vice Chairman with\nimmediate effect in place of Tom Thomson, who will remain a Non-Executive\nDirector. Mr Lundqvist chairs the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the\nAudit Committee.\n\nDavid Fuller, FCIS, is to be appointed as Company Secretary with immediate\neffect.
