[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nImmediate Release: Tuesday 9th September 2008\n\n CLS Holdings PLC \n\n (\"CLS\") \n\n Announces a New letting at Leibnizstrasse 11-13, Berlin, Germany \n\nCLS is pleased to announce the letting of 1,118 sq m (12,034 sq ft) to bbw e.V,\nan association for adult education and training, and 793 sq m (8,536 sq ft) to\nbbw Akademie, a daughter company.\n\nThe lease granted to bbw e.V is for a term of five years with an annual mutual\nbreak clause with a six month notice period. The annual rent is €162,457 (£\n132,160).\n\nThe lease to bbw Akademie (793 sq m) is for a term of two years without break\nclause with an option to prolong for a further two years following the end of\nthe fixed term.
