[{"type":"text","content":"\n Cardinal Resources plc\n24 October 2007\n\n\n RESIGNATION OF NOMINATED ADVISER\n LONDON - Wednesday, 24 October 2007 \n\n Cardinal Resources plc (AIM:CDL) ('Cardinal' or 'the Company'), an\n independent oil and gas exploration and production company operating in\n Ukraine, today announces the resignation of its Nominated Adviser\n ('NOMAD').\n\n As announced on 16 October 2007, the Company's NOMAD, Nabarro Wells & Co\n Limited, has given notice of resignation and that notice period expired\n today.\n\n Cardinal is seeking a replacement NOMAD.
