Cloudbreak Discovery Plc has announced positive gold assay results from its Crofton Gold Project in Western Australia, with samples grading up to 162.35 grams per tonne of gold, alongside a £1.85 million placing. The company raised gross proceeds of £1,850,000 through the issuance of 330,357,145 new ordinary shares at 0.56 pence per share to existing institutional investors, with funds earmarked for asset enhancement and general working capital.
