[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n14 July 2025\n \nClontarf Energy plc\n(\"Clontarf\" or \"the Company\")\n \nResult of AGM\n \nThe Directors of Clontarf Energy plc (AIM: CLON) announce that, at the Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.\nThe Clontarf Energy plc Chairman updated shareholders on Clontarf's lithium projects in South America's \"lithium triangle\", as well as on petroleum projects in Ghana, and Australia. \n \nWorking with technical partners, Clontarf Energy continues to innovate in Direct Lithium & Magnesium Extraction from brines:\n \n• New Direct Extraction Techniques can increase purities, minimise deleterious elements, and boost throughput.\n \n• Laboratory & pilot plant testing of salar samples, as well as synthetic brines, have exceeded expectations.\n \n• By extracting 100% of contained Magnesium, we may access two potential independent income streams - both Lithium and Magnesium.\n \n• The initial pilot plant of our JV technical partner NEXT-ChemX is progressing well at a trusted partner's industrial site in India. We now have the technical and commercial confidence to build larger-scale production plants, whether in Bolivia or elsewhere, as soon as legal and commercial requirements are satisfied.\n \n• The Magnesium breakthrough may enable development of salares, in additional countries, that would not have been economic at current prices through production of their Lithium content alone.\n \n• Concern over security of supply of both mining and processing of Critical Resource Minerals is now mainstream in the USA and Europe.
