He is also the Honorary Consul General of Ireland in Bolivia. He is a Civil Engineer by discipline, educated at University of London - Queen Mary College, and GMIT Institute of Technology, Galway, Ireland.\n \nDavid Horgan, Director, commented:\n\"Peter is uniquely qualified to serve as a Non-Executive Director of Clontarf. He has operated in Bolivia for over 30 years and has an encyclopedic knowledge of Bolivian mining, hydrocarbon, and infrastructure needs.
