The patent application was filed as part of the Company's ongoing collaboration with SciSparc Ltd. (Nasdaq: SPRC) (“SciSparc”), a specialty pharmaceutical company in the clinical trial phase, dedicated to developing treatments for central nervous system disorders. Under this collaboration, the two companies are researching innovative combination therapies that integrate psychedelic molecules with the N-Acylethanolamines family, including Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA). To date, thirteen patents related to this collaboration have been filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as in several other global jurisdictions.
