[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n 7 November 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n CleanTech Lithium PLC (\"CleanTech Lithium\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n Investor Relations Programme in Germany, Switzerland and Australia\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n CleanTech Lithium PLC (AIM: CTL, Frankfurt: T2N), an exploration and development company,\n advancing the next generation of sustainable lithium projects in Chile,\n is pleased to announce it is expanding its current investor relations programme to promote the Company with shareholders, investors and the media in Germany, Switzerland and Australia. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Trading on German Stock Exchanges/Platforms and Appointment of Specialist IR Support:\n \n \n \n The Board has noted that the Company's shares are now being traded on the following four German stock exchanges/platforms:\n \n \n ·\n Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ticker: T2N)\n \n \n ·\n LT Baader Bank (a trading platform operated by Baader Bank - a well-known German securities trading house)\n \n \n ·\n Gettex (an electronic trading system operated by the Munich Stock Exchange), and\n \n \n ·\n Munich Stock Exchange. \n \n \n Whilst the Company did not instigate listings on these trading platforms, which were arranged by third parties not known to the Company, it notes that there has already been some trading in the Company's stock through the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. As a result, the Board now believes that the Company should seek to take advantage of its position on such platforms, and potentially other German platforms in future, due to the huge potential investor base in Germany and elsewhere in Europe. \n \n \n In order to support this investor relations programme, the Company has engaged the services of\n the highly regarded German investor relations group Dr. Reuter Investor Relations (\"RIN\"). RIN has an investor relations programme tailored to the needs of small-cap companies, helping them to attract investors from target groups such as family offices, high net worth investors and retail investors.
