Clarke Announces Senior Management Change

HALIFAX, Feb. 16, 2012 /CNW/ - Clarke Inc. ("Clarke" or the "Company") (TSX:  CKI CKI.DB CKI.DB.A) today announced that Rob Normandeau, President, CEO and director of the Company, has resigned and accepted a position with another firm. Effective March 1, 2012, George Armoyan will assume the position of Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Clarke.

Rex Anthony, Chairman of Clarke, commented: "I would like to thank Rob for his many contributions to Clarke. Rob originally joined the Company in April 2005 and assumed the role of President on January 1, 2009 during a challenging period for Clarke. During his tenure and particularly since his appointment as President, Rob has helped create significant value for shareholders while positioning Clarke for future success with a more focused investment strategy and an improved balance sheet. We wish him all the best in the future."
