Trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be cancelled simultaneously. The Company's TIDM code will continue to be CLIG and, on Admission, there will be 26,263,853 ordinary shares in issue.\n \nThe Prospectus is being posted to shareholders today and copies of the Prospectus will be available for inspection at the UKLA's National Storage Mechanism, which can be found at www.hemscott.com.\n \nIn addition, the Prospectus is available to view on the Company's website (www.citlon.co.uk).
