The Circular contains a notice convening a general meeting of the Company to be held at 77 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0AS at 2.00 p.m. on 13 July 2020 and Shareholders will shortly be sent a copy of the Circular together with a Form of Proxy. \n \n \n The Circular containing full details of the Merger is available on the Company's website (\n \n https://www.citlon.com/\n \n ) at the following link (\n \n https://citlon.com/investor-relations/investor-reports/ProspectusJune2020.pdf\n \n ) and will shortly be available for inspection at the registered office of the Company from today's date until Completion.
