[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n City of London Investment Group PLC\n 17 March 2023\n \n \n CITY OF LONDON INVESTMENT GROUP PLC\n \n \n (\"City of London\", \"the Group\" or \"the Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n INTERIM DIVIDEND - US DOLLAR CONVERSION RATE\n \n \n On 20 January 2023 City of London (LSE: CLIG) announced an interim dividend for the year ending 30 June 2023 of 11p per share, and that we would also give the option for shareholders to elect to receive dividends in USD at an exchange rate to be announced two weeks before the dividend payment date.\n \n The USD amount payable in respect of the final dividend has been determined with reference to the closing market exchange rate on 16 March 2023, resulting in an applicable exchange rate of 1:US$1.2109.
