[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\nCity of London Investment Group PLC\n14 March 2024\n \n CITY OF LONDON INVESTMENT GROUP PLC\n(\"City of London\", \"the Group\" or \"the Company\")\n \nINTERIM DIVIDEND - US DOLLAR CONVERSION RATE\n \nOn 22 January 2024 City of London (LSE: CLIG) announced an interim dividend for the year ending 30 June 2024 of 11p per share, and that we would also give the option for shareholders to elect to receive dividends in USD at an exchange rate to be announced two weeks before the dividend payment date.\n \nThe USD amount payable in respect of the final dividend has been determined with reference to the closing market exchange rate on 13 March 2024, resulting in an applicable exchange rate of £1:US$1.2797.
