This announcement should be read in conjunction with, and is not a substitute for reading, the full 2022 Annual Report.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n SUMMARY\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n -\n \n \n \n \n Funds under Management (FuM) of US$9.2 billion (£7.6 billion) at 30th June 2022. This compares with US$11.4 billion (£8.3 billion) at the beginning of this financial year on 1st July 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n -\n \n \n \n \n Net fee income was £58.2 million (2021: £52.5 million)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n -\n \n \n \n \n Underlying profit before tax* was £27.9 million (2021: £26.7 million). Profit before tax was £23.2 million (2021: £22.2 million) \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n -\n \n \n \n \n Underlying basic earnings per share* were 44.2p (2021: 48.1p).
