Final Dividend - US Dollar Conversion Rate

FINAL DIVIDEND - US DOLLAR CONVERSION RATE

On 19 July 2022 City of London (LSE: CLIG) announced a final dividend for the year ending 30 June 2022 of 22p per share, and that we would also give the option for shareholders to elect to receive dividends in USD at an exchange rate to be announced two weeks before the dividend payment date.

The USD amount payable in respect of the final dividend has been determined with reference to the closing market exchange rate on 20 October 2022, resulting in an applicable exchange rate of 1:US$1.1235. Accordingly, the USD amount payable to shareholders in relation to the final dividend will be 24.7 cents per share.

The final dividend of 22 pence per share (equivalent to 24.7 cents per share), subject to approval at the AGM on 31 October 2022, will be paid on 4 November 2022.
