(\"KMI\")\n \n \n The board of CLIG is pleased to announce that \n the merger (the \n \"\n \n Merger\n \n \"\n ) of CLIG with Karpus Management Inc (\n \"\n \n KMI\n \n \"\n ) has been completed.\n \n \n Admission of the 24,118,388 New Shares issued in connection with the Merger occurred at 8.00 a.m. today (1 October 2020). The New Shares have been listed on the premium segment of the Official List and admitted to trading on the premium segment of the main market of the LSE.\n \n \n The issued share capital of the Company following Admission of the New Shares is \n 50,679,095\n Shares. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of votes exercisable on a poll is \n 50,679,095\n .
