The Advisory Board is currently comprised of four members:\n\nMs. Nava Ravid  \n\nAs a marketing executive and CEO at global personal care and cosmetics companies, Ms. Ravid was responsible for launching new products and new product categories for some of the world's largest brands. A skin-care industry expert, she has over 30 years of experience in management, marketing, manufacturing, branding and strategy. While CEO of L'Oreal Israel from 2002 to 2015, she lead over 1,200 employees. Prior to L'Oreal, Ms. Ravid was Deputy General Manager of Revlon Israel. She is the owner and CEO of Skin Test Center and serves as a board member and consultant to several companies. Ms. Ravid has received awards for her economic and humanitarian contributions to society.\n\nDr. Michael Samish \n\nDr. Samish has served in positions including senior research scientist in the field of blood sucking arthropods at Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and Rutgers University. His major research includes biological, chemical and alternative control methods for blood sucking arthropods such as lice. He has written, reviewed, and presented over a dozen scientific research papers in peer review journals and book chapters. He is a member of numerous scientific organizations including the Entomological Society of America and the New York Academy of Sciences.
