The Board also appointed Ms. Halperin as Chief Financial Officer of the Citrine Global's wholly-owned Israel subsidiary, effective once it is incorporated.\"Ilanit brings with her extensive experience in all aspects of corporate finance, financial planning and accounting owning wide-ranging experience in auditing and preparing financial statements according to Israeli, international (IFRS) and US GAAP standards. Ms. Halperin specializes in accompanying early and mature stage companies, providing, inter alia, tax advice, general financial consulting, assistance in preparing business plans, and assistance and accompaniment with investors, private placements and public offerings in Israel and for NASDAQ and OTC-traded companies. Ms. Halperin has been a director of Citrine Global since February 27, 2020.Mr. Gedalihou continues to serve as Chief Financial Officer of WealthStone Holdings Ltd., one of the Registrant’s key partners. The board believes the additional workload requires appointing a separate Chief Financial Officer for Citrine Global.
