The first of its kind in the collaboration industry, the tool provides scope 2 emissions reporting and recommendations for optimizing energy consumption and usage of Webex devices. This new capability is part of Cisco's larger sustainability commitment, including its goal of reaching net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040 and continuing to innovate its products with sustainability as a priority.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \nAccording to Gartner, CEOs placed environmental sustainability in their top 10 strategic business priorities for the first time this past year.
