Following this transaction David Richards is interested in 2,783,153 Ordinary Shares representing 13.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.\n \n· James Campigli, Chief Marketing Officer and COO of the Company, sold 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 810 pence per share net of commissions. Following this transaction James Campigli is interested in 1,544,143 Ordinary Shares representing 7.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.\n \nIn addition, the Company has been notified that Yeturu Aahlad, Chief Scientist, sold 600,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 810 pence per share net of commissions.
