Executive Chair Appointment Confirmation

 

 

WANdisco  (LSE: WAND), the data activation platform, announces that, pursuant to the announcements of 22 March and 3 April 2023, customary due diligence has been completed in respect of Kenneth ("Ken") Lever, who has now been formally appointed to the WANdisco Board of Directors (the "Board") as Executive Chairman, effective immediately.

The following information is provided pursuant to Rule 17 and with Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to Kenneth Lever (aged 69):
