Paul Harrison has now joined the Board as Chief Financial Officer (\"CFO\") with effect from 1 September 2013. \n \nPaul Scott Harrison, aged 49, joins the Board of WANdisco from The Sage Group plc (\"Sage\"), a FTSE 100 company and leading global provider of business management software to small and medium sized companies. Mr Harrison joined Sage in 1997 from Price Waterhouse to become Group Financial Controller. He joined the Board of Sage in April 2000 as CFO.
