Corey as Senior Non‐Executive Director and Vice Chairman with immediate effect.\n \nBob brings more than 30 years of executive and financial management experience in public and private software and hardware companies in Silicon Valley. Bob has deep corporate governance experience and has served on numerous Boards in Silicon Valley as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of Remuneration, Nomination and Governance committees. \n \nMost recently, Bob served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Callidus Software until 2017. Callidus Software was subsequently acquired by SAP for a consideration of $2.4 billion in April 2018. He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of FrontRange Solutions USA Inc., an enterprise software company. Prior to FrontRange, he was a member of the Board of Directors at Extreme Networks, Inc., an Ethernet solutions company ultimately serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. \n \nBob sat on the board and chaired the audit committee for Apigee Corporation until November 2016 when it was acquired by Google for $625 million. Bob has served as a member of the Board of Directors for Apigee Corporation, Amberpoint, Extreme Networks, Interwoven, Live Ops and Veraz Networks. \n \nDavid Richards, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, commented:\n \n\"I am delighted to welcome Bob to the Board.
