This is accomplished by implementing a comprehensive health and safety management system and maintaining injury and illness rates below the national averages reported by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) for their specific industries.\n\nThis program is OSHA’s official recognition of the outstanding efforts of employers and employees who have achieved exemplary occupational health and safety.
