The Meeting will be held virtually on\n \n Wednesday, May 22, 2024\n \n , at\n \n 9:00 a.m. EDT\n \n .\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Virtual Webcast\n \n \n \n Shareholders and guests can access the Meeting via live audio webcast at:\n \n http://www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/ CINEPLEX2024\n \n . Online check-in will begin at\n \n 8.45 a.m.\n \n ; those wishing to attend are asked to allow ample time, prior to the Meeting to log in.  The Meeting platform is fully supported across browsers and devices running the most up-to-date version of applicable software plug-ins.
