Cancellation of Listing

In the announcement dated 29 April 2024, the Company indicated that it had applied to the FCA for the cancellation of the Company's listing pursuant to Listing Rule 5.3.1R and that a further announcement would be made on the cancellation taking effect.   

The notice in respect of the cancellation has been issued and the cancellation of the listing of the Company's ordinary shares on the Standard Segment of the FCA's Official List and trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange became effective from 08.00 a.m. (London time) today.
